No school today (for Emma). I signed up for text message alerts through the school board's website. I like this system, because they sent the message at 6:15, right as my alarm was going off. I got up, went to the bathroom, and double-checked that I read it right. Yup- all Putnam Co. schools are closed. Yay- back to bed.
I enjoy a "snow day" now and then. It gets old when they close for 3+ days, though. Emma gets restless, and so do I!
Oh, and in case you were wondering...... there is currently no snow on the ground. It's 11:00am. There are a few little flurries here and there, but nothing more.
