So everything has been going fine for me. Had a hell of a time getting my meds filled on Friday (and thursday). First place (CVS) said they didn't have it. 2nd place (Walgreens) said the same. Then, the next day, I call the other CVS. They say they have it. Great. So I drive across town and give them the rx. I wait and shop for about 30 minutes, and finally they ask what my name was, they look it up, and "oh, we only have 75 pills. Your prescription is for 90. You can get the 75, but then you will lose the 15 and can't get them later." WTF. My ass!
They offer to call another place for me, and then finally I am directed to Kroger. They have it, and once I got there, I even confirmed that they had enough. Apparently, every person in town is on 10 mg. of generic Adderall. Who knew? Apparently not the folks in charge of keeping up their stocks, though! lol
Beyond that annoyance, things are good. We went to Max's 5th birthday party yesterday. That was fun. Emma enjoyed seeing her cousins, and we all had a good visit.
I am frustrated bc my hands have been really bad over the past few days. Like, can not control them much of the time. So I've been really clumsy and dropping things. I tried to take some advil, dropped one dose. Couldn't find it, so got another. Dropped it, too, damnit! They are also swollen/inflamed. I was slightly panicing Friday at how little function they seemed to have. I'm doing a bit better today, and have been on the laptop on and off throughout the day. I need to save my strength for work this week.
I have been reading my "Shopaholic Ties the Knot" book that I started a couple of months ago. Usually I read them right away, but never got fully into this one before this weekend. It's almost done now, but I canNOT stay up all night finishing it. I am doing well, it's only 2am, and I must get to bed no later than... 2:30. 2:45, tops. :P
