Emma is on summer break (can't remember if I said that in another post or not...). We have a little over a month left. Yes, for all you out-of-towners, they go back to school at the end of July. Wth, right? It's supposed to be some sort of "semi- year-round" schedule.
Our pool has been up and running for about a month, and we are enjoying it. Emma is becoming more and more comfortable in the water. I really wanted to get her into swimming lessons this summer, but I don't know if it's gonna happen. Time is slipping away quickly, and I'm broke! Who knows, maybe I can pull it together by the mid-July session.
My laptop is messed up again. Matt borrowed it while he was here, and it is magically broken.
I will be ordering a new cord (the problem, presumably) Monday. Which is today, except I haven't gone to bed yet, so it is really still Sunday in my mind. And in other technology-related news, I just erased almost all of my music from my ipod. I am so pissed. I used to do this all the time with my first ipod, before I figured out how itunes works. I should have just gone to bed at a normal hour instead of staying up late. If I had gone to bed, I would not be messing with my ipod, and this would not have happened. So pissed.
